    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of schools registration is very important to the children of this country, especially with the free secondary education. The Ministry always insists on the schools which are registered. The DEBs have gone on record as causing delays by meeting after two or three months. The children are being affected. Given that now we have free secondary education, could the Assistant Minister give firm instructions to all the DEBs, especially in areas where schools have not been registered, to register all these schools within one month? This will enable the Kenyan children to benefit from the free secondary education."
