    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, currently, we have a programme called \"Fill in Tariffs\". We are concentrating on solar and wind energy along the corridors where these are available. Hon. Chachu comes from among the corridors which we have earmarked for wind energy. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are guidelines from the Ministry of Energy. If you can access the Ministry's website, you will see that there are guidelines on the Fill in Tariff. We have opened it up to the private sector, so that it is not only the responsibility of the Ministry. We have opened it up for the private sector also to invest in wind and solar energy, so that they can supply power to the national grid. It should not be only KenGen who is generating power."
