    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the hon. Member for bringing this Question, because the road in question is important. It connects the rural section of that area to the town and, basically, the market for agricultural produce from that area. I wish to state that the completion is what we call the actual substantial completion. It is not total completion, meaning that much is yet to be done on that road. The road can still be used in its current state as we wait for the contractor to complete the works. We will send our road engineers to inspect the road to see whether there are any defects and also ascertain the issues that have been raised by the hon. Member. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
