    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have heard what the Assistant Minister has said but, still, I am not satisfied because this road was supposed to go through Kandara Divisional Headquarters, which is where all the Government officers are housed. That is where we have the police station, the health centre, the market, the town council, et cetera . However, this particular road was left out.
