    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I can assure the House that the Government is doing all it can to ensure that no Kenyan goes without food. This Question was directed at the Ministry of Agriculture. I was dealing with it in that Ministry. What I know from the Ministry of Water and Irrigation is that there are plans. It is true that the Ministry is looking forward to making sure that we have more acreage put under irrigation. With the budgetary allocation we have, we cannot do much. As I said, the Ministry is looking for money to make sure that we increase the number of hectares under irrigation in this country."
