    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have started doing so. The prices of the fertilizer that farmers are going to get in the next season will be controlled by the Government. That is one way of subsidising. We are also asking the Government to meet 40 per cent of the prices of fertilizers as the farmer meets 60 per cent of the cost."
