    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that the answer given by the Assistant Minister is only cosmetic. It is very sad that the Assistant Minister is being coached by his boss in this Chamber on how to answer the Question. We all know the problem of shortage of teachers in this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in my own constituency, I have a shortage of teachers in primary schools. We even know it from their offices that we have a shortage of 60,000 teachers. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that the Ministry is going to recruit teachers who have been trained over the last few years, so that we can reduce the current shortage of teachers in our schools?"
