    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. My Ministry is currently undertaking an audit of all the health facilities that exist, those under construction and those that have stalled. As I said, the process of tendering is under another Ministry called the Ministry of Public Works. However, we are working closely with the Ministry of Public Works because it is in our interest that, that tendering process proceeds with speed. Let me assure the hon. Member that the hon.
