    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 24th June, the Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 issued a statement of disbursement of CDF monies. One week later, on 1st July, 2008, I sought further clarifications on the basis that, that money had not been released. I would like the Minister, who is present, or the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs who promised to undertake, to inform this House on the status of the disbursement of CDF monies. We are talking about money for the last financial year. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not asking for money for the current financial year. In his answer, he should be very categorical on whether the money is there and he is willing to allocate it to CDF. Otherwise, let him admit that the Government is broke, so that we can have sympathy."
