    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Prime Minister has clearly admitted that he had knowledge of this matter right from the 23rd April, 2008, when he was briefed by the Governor of the CBK. The Prime Minister is a Member of this House. On 29th April, 2008, hon. Amos Kimunya uttered falsehoods in this House and lied to this nation with full knowledge of the Prime Minister that the hotel had already been sold, according to the information provided to him by the Governor of CBK. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would want the Prime Minister to clarify to the nation that he was actually fully aware of the transaction as he has admitted in his Statement and that he failed as a Prime Minister to bring this matter to the Cabinet because he is charged with the responsibility of co-ordinating Government affairs. He needs to be leading by example and he should have been the first man to show that he is a man of high morals by stepping aside the way everybody has asked Mr. Kimunya to do."
