    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am just confused as to what Mr. Deputy Speaker is asking the House to do. He says that we avoid investigating certain aspects of the issue, because those people mentioned have no opportunity to defend themselves on the Floor of the House. I thought the role of Parliament is to investigate everybody, whether hon. Members, investors or civil servants, to find out whether this transaction was done properly or not. When an hon. Member stands on the Floor to say that we have to spare certain people, under what Standing Order is he saying that?"
