Members are under duty to study, learn and understand Standing Orders. Indeed, the common sense of any given situation, when we talk about clarification, what hon. Members were expected to do was to ask for clarifications. They should seek to have matters, which are, otherwise, not sufficiently equivocal, clarified. Some hon. Members have not done so.
