Indeed, Standing Order No.20, relates to situations where an adjournment may be sought to discuss a matter of urgent national importance. Indeed, this matter is of urgent national importance, save to say that the House is now preoccupied and in the midst of receiving and responding to the Ministerial Statement by the Right Hon. Prime Minister. Indeed, the Right Hon. Prime Minister has given his primary part of the Statement. What hon. Members are now doing is seeking clarification. It is necessary that this exercise is completed. If you find it appropriate, hon. Members, you will be at liberty to invoke the provisions of Standing Order No.20 by furnishing the Chair with an appropriate Motion, which will then be moved. It is possible to adjourn the Business of the House to discuss this matter as a matter of national importance.
