    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. An issue has arisen from Mr. Nguyai that he is going to take action against the officer who is responsible for this falsification. But clearly, what you have before you is a falsification. The staff in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance are not answerable to the House. The person in the Ministry who is answerable to the House and to the Speaker is the Minister in charge of that Ministry. So, I wish to ask if it will be in order for the Assistant Minister to be sanctioned."
