    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is running away from the real Question. Is he aware that the eucalyptus trees are degrading the area? He is telling us that the place where they planted the eucalyptus trees is not even fit for any other indigenous trees. Are the eucalyptus trees, therefore, improving the soil there? He is telling us that they are doing some water springs. They are destroying the water catchment on the upper side. So, can he be serious about this Question? The implications of planting eucalyptus trees very close to a settlement area which is highly productive are grave. Why are they degrading the environment?"
