Member to incite the people who live around Del Monte, particularly the people of Juja where the bulk of this land is, to invade land and sub-divide it, merely because he thinks that the size of the land is bigger than what has been given? Those are who asking the Questions, including hon. C. Kilonzo, know that Del Monte has leased land from people, including in areas outside Central Province in Ukambani. I, therefore, do not think that it is in order to incite people. Is it in order for the Member to incite people merely because he is disappointed by the answer he got? The whole purpose of this thing was to be cheeky."
