    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I made it very clear that the supply of water falls under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. The hon. Member for Maragwa knows that. We only do some of these projects when we have enough money. That is when we do them under our development authorities. Otherwise, it is the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and its respective boards that are supposed to handle this. I am sure that there is a board under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation that is supposed to cover that area. It is supposed to supply water to that area. So, in this case, the hon. Member should forward his Question to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and I am sure that he will get an appropriate answer."
