    "content": "asked the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security:- (a) whether he is aware that Chief Inspector Adan Hassan Abikar (P/No.1979171982) of the Kenya Police went missing while on official duties in Liberia in August 2006; (b) whether he could explain the circumstances under which the officer disappeared as well as the efforts being made to establish his whereabouts; and, (c) whether the Government could undertake to ensure that his salary, which was stopped in 2006, is reinstated and that the family, who are still living in a Government house, is not evicted until his whereabouts is established."
