    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, in view of the great public interest in the sale of the Grand Regency Hotel and other related public properties; taking into account the mysterious circumstances surrounding the sale of the hotel, and in particular before a conclusive investigation of the Goldenberg Saga and implementation of the report of the Bosire Commission of Inquiry; this House do grant leave to introduce a Bill for an Act of Parliament to nullify the sale of Grand Regency Hotel and other related properties owned by Uhuru Highway Development Company Limited to provide for recovery of any property or properties associated with Goldenberg Saga to provide for prosecution of any persons or persons that may have facilitated any commission or omission of corruption or economic crime in the transaction of this sale and for related and connected matters therewith."
