    "content": "asked the Minister for Water and Irrigation:- (a) whether she is aware that, following the construction of Ndakaini Dam which supplies water to Nairobi, the flow of water to Thika River and Yatta Canal was seriously affected; (b) when Yatta Dam will be constructed to ensure there is enough flow downstream and in Yatta Canal; and, (c) what plans the Government has to rehabilitate the Yatta Canal and solve the serious problem of water seepage along the canal."
