    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, my Ministry has a masterplan for the coming so many years. But, as you are aware, roads change within a very short time in terms of the deterioration. In due course, we will be inviting Members of Parliament to be able to share our vision and plan for the future. In the meantime, we would like the participation of the Members of Parliament when it comes to their areas of priority through the District Roads Committees (DRCs). So, it is at the Ministry level and also the Members of Parliament are participating in coming up with that."
