    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have been pursuing this matter relentlessly because this House cannot be taken in vain. More importantly, Kenyans all over the country are looking up to the newly-elected Members of Parliament to ensure that the CDF money is available for projects and bursaries. The Leader of Government Business was with me in this House when the Chair made that ruling. The HANSARD copies are also there. This shows that Members of the Front Bench are not taking the rulings of the Chair seriously. While I accept that he does not have the entire information, but, at least, he must have personal recollection of what transpired in this House yesterday afternoon. One of them was that the Chair ruled that the Leader of Government Business, himself or the relevant Minister, issue that Ministerial Statement this morning. I came in good time to receive that Statement. Thank you. SALE OF NSSF PLOT TO DELTA RESOURCES"
