Now that every time we ask for Ministerial Statements the only person who appears to be in this House to respond on behalf of the Government is the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, would I be in order to request that the structure of the Government changes, so that the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs can be taking charge of Ministerial Statements as Ministers take charge of other matters?"
