(a) Could the Minister confirm that a deportation order was issued against a Nigerian national, Mr. Arthur Obima Efedigbo, and explain the reasons for the action? (b) Is the Minister aware that following the deportation order, a potentially damaging diplomatic row now threatens to erupt between Kenya and the Federal Republic of Nigeria?
