    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to bring to the attention of the Minister that two years ago, I raised the matter of Maragwa District Hospital, which up to now does not have wards, yet this is supposed to be the district hospital. Since then, I have been promised, and the July 2, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1579 Minister may wish to refer to the HANSARD or to his predecessor, that some sufficient budget would be provided to put up wards to ensure that there is one for children, men and women. As we talk now, the only semblance of a ward is shared by all the patients who get admitted. Indeed, this hospital does not have a theatre, a mortuary or X-Ray rooms. Could the Minister be kind enough to prioritise this district hospital in view of the fact that I have been asking about the same for many years? The Minister should tell us when, indeed, we can catch up with other hospitals."
