    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will not only prioritise to ensure that this hospital has the requisite facilities in terms of human resources and equipment, but I will arrange with the hon. Member that I visit the hospital myself so that I do not just depend on sheets of paper that are being presented to me. This morning, I toured health facilities in Nairobi, and what the hon. Member is saying is quite true. We have serious gaps in terms of the equipment and human resources in our various levels of hospitals. We are determined to make sure that we give proper service by bridging the gaps that I have mentioned. So, let me undertake to the hon. Member that I will visit the facilities, so that both of us can work together to provide the necessary human resources and equipment that are lacking at the moment."
