In the absence of that, the Chair will, in future, not take too kindly to that. Mr. Midiwo, \"lies\" is not Parliamentary language. You have language that essentially gives a meaning to what you want to say, which is \"misleading\". So, hon. Members, please, use Parliamentary language.
