    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while appreciating the answer given by the Assistant Minister, I would like to point out to him that governance regarding Kazi KwaVjiana (KKV) projects has featured prominently in this House in the past. Could he clarify whether prior to the starting of these activities, he had a predetermined number of trees to be planted which formed the basis for him to engage the number of youths that he engaged for each activity? Secondly, could he also be kind enough to tell us how many days were to be taken by these youths in planting the number of trees in each activity?"
