    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand here with a very heavy heart, because I happen to have shared my education with Mr. Kimunya. I happen to be in the Government of National Unity whereby as an Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, my job is to actually figure out on how to improve Kenya's image abroad, make sure that the country and the Government have got credibility, so that Kenya can actually be seen as a country with credibility, and which uses and follows the principles of good governance. The Motion we are discussing today about my friend, the Minister for Finance, happens to put me in a position whereby I am actually supporting the Motion."
