    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, even after the Kenya Anti-Corruption Authority (KACA) was disbanded by the courts, we continued, as a small team, preserving all the evidence that had been gathered under the auspices of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Police Unit, and handed over all that to the KACC after it was restarted in 2003 by this House. I then joined the Government through this House and was appointed as the Minister for Lands. I kept on the campaign in terms of recovering all the public land that had been stolen from this country."
