I have been trying to get your attention for a while now, because when Mr. Kimunya was contributing he said that Mr. Okemo, who is not in the House, is the one who knows about Mobitelea. I think it is not fair because the hon. Member is not here, and the Minister knows that this House has demanded over the last so many months that he explains that matter. As the Minister, he has the same responsibility, which Mr. Okemo had. That should be expunged from the records of this House."
