Given that illiteracy is a major drawback in the development of this country and that adult education is one of the ways of reducing that illiteracy, could the Assistant Minister tell us whether he is going to make sure that, that Department stays within the Ministry of Education and not to be migratory again as it has been before, leading to the stagnation of the development of adult education?
