    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, once again, I want the Minister to give a more convincing answer in this issue, because we note that the money that was injected by the Government, in the two instalments deducted, amounted to Kshs75.8 million. We are aware that our Government has ejected more money to revive the National Bank of Kenya (NBK) and the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). Why has it not been possible to make sure that, that industry is revived for the benefit of our people in that area?"
