He is abusing fellow Ministers and has disrespected orders from the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, which I sit in, not to sale the Grand Regency Hotel. There are a lot of issues that have come up as to the value of the sale of the Grand Regency Hotel. Is it Kshs1.8 billion or Kshs2.9 billion? I want to request the Chair that it puts on hold any debate under the Ministry of Finance, as long as Mr. Kimunya is still the Minister for Finance, and we ask him to resign!"
