What is appearing here is that we have to continue with debate on a matter that we had started debating. However, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a matter which is clearly the property of this House and the Leader of Government Business might want to be guided by the mood of the House. However, in view of the fact that we need to give priority to the development of the Port of Mombasa, I would urge that we actually continue with the debate that was interrupted last time. I see absolutely no harm in continuing with debate on this matter."
