    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Like my colleagues who have spoken before me, we are requesting that this matter should not be debated at this moment because the purpose of debate in this House is for the express need of the Minister moving that particular Motion to be informed by the contributions made by hon. Members. But since Mr. Kimunya is on record as having said that when hon. Members touch on issues of national importance - like the one in question - they normally do so, in his view, from a point of ignorance, then, it is a waste of time if we contribute now because, as far as he is concerned, we are ignorant! He is not going to be informed by our ideas! I, therefore, beg that we defer this matter and go on to Order No.8."
