    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Part Ve sets out the financial provisions of the Bill. Part VI has provisions relating to offences and penalties. That part creates offences and prescribes penalties. This includes frequently obtaining registration, employing unregistered persons, professional misconducts, among others. The penalties provided for in the Bill are heavy and deterrent to ensure compliance. Part VII sets out disciplinary procedures and the actions the Board may take against offending persons, including deregistration, reprimands, imposition of fine, among others. The last part provides for general provisions and empowers the Board with the approval of the Minister to make rules, generally in specific cases."
