    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am sorry, the hon. Member did not understand what I said. I think he did not even understand the question that was asked. The interest that we are talking about is after somebody has retired. But, in between, there is obviously the payment of interest. I am saying that once an employee has retired and his dues have been calculated to a certain amount, then no interest accrues. But before then, interest accrues. The amount of money a retiree is paid is inclusive of interest for very many years."
