    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is clear that, indeed, the Kenya Airways has had quite a commendable record compared to the other international airlines in this country. However, my question is on the KCAA. If you look at cases which involve the small aircraft, you will find that the KCAA have been sleeping on the job. For instance, the small aircraft, which was involved in an accident which occasioned the loss of our colleagues' lives, had an engine it was not supposed to have. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that he disbands this Authority and gets other people who will not sleep on the job?"
