    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the issue of training and continuing professional development is very important in any profession. Learning is a continuing process. We do not achieve all we need to achieve just because we have passed examinations; you have obtained your degree or degrees. That is not the end of life. During the entire time, we must endeavour to update ourselves, familiarise ourselves with new technological developments in our fields. This is why I appreciate the philosophy of this Bill; to promote training and continuing professional development on the part of all the engineers. This is very important."
