I will investigate and confirm whether the materials that were delivered were actually carried away. To my knowledge, 40 per cent of the construction had been completed. My estimate was about Kshs16 million to complete that structure. That is why I awarded Kshs8 million this financial year. But due to inflation factors, it is possible that the cost could go high. But I take note of those changes and I promise that, that bridge will be built."
