    "content": "Order! The Ministerial Statement was sought from the Ministry of Finance. The Ministry has the regulatory function for handling the issue at hand. Order! Hon. Members! You all know the Standing Orders of this House very well. You cannot impute improper motive on another Member of Parliament without bringing a substantive Motion. It is incumbent upon us to protect the dignity and the integrity of the House. This is the supreme arm of the Government and the State. I hope that, in future, nobody is going to impute improper motive of that magnitude on a fellow Member of Parliament without bringing in a Substantive Motion. Hon. Minister, proceed!"
