"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand on a point of order to seek your guidance. The Order Paper which was forwarded to the Ministry indicated that Question No.071 was supposed to be the first one. This morning I found out that the Order Paper had been changed, such that the Question is now supposed to be asked in the afternoon. I am kindly seeking your intervention so that when you amend the Order Paper, could the Ministry be informed in advance so that we can also plan? This is because we do not want a situation whereby Questions are asked and the Ministers are not there. Some of us want to perform our duties to the satisfaction of this House. I am seeking your indulgence with regard to that matter."
