    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we all know from law that a private company is limited to 50 shareholders, unlike a public company, which has no such limitation. Is the Assistant Minister telling this House that a public company that was established by an Act of Parliament was converted into a private company to safeguard the interests of 50 people rather than those of the people of Mumias whom the original Act of Parliament had intended to serve? If so, could he consider revoking that transformation so that the company can go back to serving farmers' interests rather than private interests?"
