    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has told this House that the police have been allocated Kshs20,000. That translates, in terms of litres, to about 200 litres per month and, per day, it comes to less than six litres per day. Considering that a police station has only one vehicle per day and it is supposed to operate for 24 hours, is that fuel adequate? If it is not adequate, is it not actually inviting the police to solicit for fuel from members of the public as they seek for their services?"
