"content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I have also talked to my colleague here and he knows. I think he just wanted to derail me. I never said anything about corruption. I was talking about shoddy work by engineers; certifying that a road has been done when what has been done is not even a road. They certify that there is a tarmac when there is not even a tarmac; just a veneer of tarmac. This is what this Bill is addressing. Now there will be standards which will be observed and enforced. Those who will flout them will meet very harsh penalties. I thank you for bringing this Bill, Mr. Assistant Minister."
