    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, petroleum products are transported from Mombasa to the hinterland of Kenya, Uganda and Kigali, and yet, petrol in Rwanda and Uganda is cheaper than in Kenya. It is the same companies which sell petroleum products in all these countries. It is true that the prices of petroleum products have generally increased. What measures is the Government taking to subsidise the prices of fuel, so that wananchi can buy the commodities at lower prices?"
