    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it has to be appreciated that this criminal incident occurred outside our jurisdiction. The most we can do is to communicate with our sister State of Tanzania, which we have done. I have personally talked to my counterpart in Tanzania. He has assured me that the police are seized of the matter. They are investigating it and we will be able to communicate with the families and the hon. Member as soon as we get the information. Mr. Speaker, Sir, secondly we cannot pursue exhumation of the bodies as an end in itself. Investigations must be done and the exhumation of the bodies will be the ultimate to bring them back home. Perhaps, exhuming the bodies now and bringing them to Kenya may end up prejudicing the investigations that are ongoing."
