    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The development of roads in this country is facing a very, very serious problem. Raising Questions all the time is giving us a lot of problems. But I want to go straight to my question. The District Roads Committees are able to plan only for constituency roads. They are not able to plan for trunk roads that connect major towns. What plans, as a matter of policy, does the Ministry have to take care of main roads projects?"
