We have taken into account some of those factors such as low cane crushing capacity. Some of these millers do not even have the capacity. The other factors are low sugar extraction parameters, poor crop husbandry and poor physical infrastructure. These are some of the things that we have identified which are going to be taken care of before the time expires."
